CONDITIONS OF PACKAGES & SPECIALS:
All packages are for direct telephone or e-mail bookings only. Prices
& savings quoted are for twin share accommodation only. Package
deals valid until dates indicated & subject to availability of
allocated room types. Not available during Easter, Christmas, long
weekends or special events. Packages including ferry, flights or car
hire subject to availability of those services and payment of ferry,
flight or car hire is due on confirmation of booking. Cancellation
policy below applies to all booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The unique nature and location of our establishment often results
in empty rooms when cancellations occur, therefore the following cancellation
policy is strictly enforced. We recommend guests protect themselves
against unforeseen events with travel insurance. Cancellations made
14 - 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% off the first nights
accommodation. Cancellations made 7 - 2 days prior to arrival will
be charged 100% off the first nights accommodation. Cancellations
made within 48 hours off arrival including “No Shows”
and stays cut short will be charged a 100% off total accommodation
nights booked. Packages: Cancellation policies of other companies
eg. Ferry & Airlines apply when included in a package.
